The vision of THE DIFFERENCE started in April 2004. Rick set out on a long journey from an aspiring Engineer in Traverse City and became a Real Estate Broker. Interesting story, the trip included multiple stops along the way in the manufacturing sector. The manufacturing engineering works began to sharing in late 90’s early 2000’s and would ultimately BUST!
